Company Overview

ILC Critical Minerals Ltd. (“ILC”; TSX-V: ILC, OTCQB: ILHMF, FRA: IAH) is a Canada-based battery and rare metals exploration and development company. Its mission is to deliver strong shareholder returns while supporting a cleaner, more sustainable future. ILC’s key metals are lithium, rubidium, and copper.

With strategic divestments, a robust financial position, and a focused growth strategy, ILC is well-positioned to meet the rising demand for lithium and other critical metals.

Overview of Key Projects:

ILC has a number of key projects based in supportive, pro-mining jurisdictions.

CANADA 🇨🇦

  • A wholly owned, royalty-free flagship project near Ignace, Ontario, where ILC has 32,900 hectares of claims. In 2023, ILC released a 43-101 Resource Estimate for lithium and rubidium, followed by a 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment initially for lithium only.

  • A copper and cobalt project, in which ILC holds a 90% interest.

  • ILC will hold a 100% interest in the lithium project once its options are exercised.

SOUTHERN AFRICA

  • ILC has applied for Exclusive Prospecting Orders (EPOs) to explore Zimbabwe’s lithium resources.  These will be significant if granted, and ILC will update the market in due course.
